Jefferson County Service Is Changing — But STLHELP Is Staying

After many years of serving the community from our Crystal City location, that site will close on April 30.  This decision follows a significant increase in facility costs — from $1,300 to $5,000 per month (a nearly 285% increase) — making it unsustainable to continue operating at that location.

​

While this is an important change, STLHELP remains committed to Jefferson County. We are creating new ways for residents to donate and receive free home medical equipment through local partnerships, community collection drives, and a new location with St. Luke’s United Church of Christ in Imperial. More details coming soon.

This transition is part of a broader effort to strengthen STLHELP’s ability to serve more people, more efficiently, across the region.

• Opening soon: a new pickup and drop-off location at St. Luke’s United Church of Christ in Imperial

• Partnering with Rock Township Ambulance District to help patients access the equipment they need

• Working with Rural Parish Clinic to broaden outreach across Jefferson, Washington, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, and Franklin counties
