How to Get HELP
1. First, please complete the Request HELP —submitting multiple requests for the same item(s) (phone & online) may slow our ability to serve everyone.
2. Then have your patient or patient's representative complete the lending agreement:
a. Adult Clients: Complete the check out form for your clients or their caregivers to complete
b. Pediatric Clients: Complete the checkout form

Response time: 24-36 hours, Tuesday through Saturday. Closed Sunday & Monday.

No walk-ins. Pickup must be scheduled after confirmation.

STLHELP partners with healthcare and social service professionals to provide free, sanitized home medical equipment to patients in need. Our process is quick, safe, and protects both you and your organization through a simple lending agreement.
How It Works (for Professionals)

Submit Pre-Request
Complete the online Pre-Request Form with patient details and the equipment needed. -
Submit Lending Agreement
The patient (or their representative) must sign the Healthcare/Social Service Lending Agreement, which clarifies responsibility and protects both you and STLHELP. Download the Adult client agreement Download the Pediatric agreement -
Pick-Up
Once approved, equipment will be staged for pick-up at one of our warehouses or HUBs. You or a designated person can collect it at the scheduled time.
