How to Get HELP

  • One request per household. Please fill out the Request HELP Form below—submitting multiple requests may slow our ability to serve everyone.

  • Working phone & email required so we can reach you.

  • Response time:  Within 36 business hours, Tuesday through Saturday. Closed Sunday & Monday.

  • No walk-ins. Pickup must be scheduled after confirmation.

If you are a health professional, you should use our Healthcare / Social Service Pre-Request Form instead.

This process includes a Lending Agreement to be signed by the patient/client or their representative.

You can request for yourself or someone you care about.

Step 2: Confirm
MONITOR YOUR EMAIL, INCLUDING YOUR SPAM/TRASH FOLDERS. Our Resource Manager will reply within 24–36 business hours about availability.
If approved, you’ll receive pickup day/time options.

Step 3: Pick Up
By appointment only — no walk-ins.
All equipment is cleaned and safety-checked before you receive it.
