Donating Home Medical Equipment: Pick up Policy

We are deeply grateful for your generous donations of home medical equipment. As a small nonprofit with limited staff, we unfortunately do not have the capacity to offer regular pick up or delivery services.

• Drop-Offs Preferred: Whenever possible, we ask donors to bring items directly to one of our warehouse or HELP HUB locations during regular donation hours.

• Limited Pick ups Available: On a very limited basis, we consider picking up multiple large items in high demand (such as hospital beds, lift chairs, or power wheelchairs).

• Monthly Pickup Day: We conduct pick ups only once per month, and because of demand, we cannot accommodate every request.

• Request with Photo Required. This step helps us determine if the items fit our current needs and capacity.

We truly appreciate your understanding and partnership. Your effort to drop off equipment when possible helps STLHELP serve more families, faster.
