STLHELP Inventory

STLHELP maintains a large and ever-changing inventory of donated home medical equipment. While we cannot guarantee that a specific item will be available, we often carry:

  • Wheelchairs (manual and power)

  • Walkers, canes, and crutches

  • Hospital beds and bedside tables

  • Bedside commodes and elevated toilet seats

  • Shower chairs and transfer benches

  • Pediatric equipment (wheelchairs, gait trainers, standers, etc.)

  • Lift devices (Hoyer lifts, patient slings)

  • Other mobility, safety, and rehabilitation items

Because all items are donated, our inventory is not limited to this list.

Requesting Help

If you or someone you know needs equipment, visit our Request HELP page to submit a request. We provide equipment free of charge, with no income or insurance requirements.

Donating Equipment

If you have gently used equipment to donate, please visit our Donate HELP page for instructions. STLHELP inspects, cleans, and refurbishes donations so they can be safely shared with the next family in need.

Items We Cannot Accept

To ensure safety and proper use, some items cannot be refurbished or redistributed. Please check our Not Accepted Items page before making a donation.
