At STLHELP, neighbors help neighbors by providing free home medical equipment to anyone in need. Since 2008, we’ve been collecting, cleaning, and redistributing thousands of pieces of equipment—keeping families safe, helping children and seniors regain independence, and keeping usable items out of landfills.
