About Us
Since 2008, STLHELP—a nonprofit 501(c)(3)—has been collecting, cleaning, and redistributing donated home medical equipment free of charge to thousands of neighbors across the St. Louis region. At STLHELP, we believe that neighbors helping neighbors creates a healthier, more compassionate, and more sustainable community.

Every day, we provide free home medical equipment to anyone in need—helping children and adults regain independence, keeping families safe, and ensuring that valuable, usable items stay out of landfills.

We are proud to be an accredited charity with the Better Business Bureau and to have earned Candid’s 2025 Platinum Seal of Transparency, the highest level of recognition for nonprofit accountability and trust.
