Executive Director
Karen Lanter, MPA, CFRE, CAP
Karen is an experienced leader of nonprofit organizations and a community and revenue development professional. She earned her undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Washington University. In addition, Karen has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Southern Illinois University. Her experience includes securing the funding to create a dental clinic for the medically underserved, among other accomplishments.

Operations Manager
Kyle Wilson
For more than 11 years, Kyle has been leading St. Louis HELP's warehouse and transportation activities. A dedicated family man, Kyle furthers our mission each day. He and his wife Debbie have three children and four grandchildren.

Resource Manager
Karen Breen
Karen is a native of St. Louis. She has made a career of working with people from all walks of life, meaning St. Louis HELP a great fit for her. She works directly with adults and children, getting them the home medical equipment they need to have a better quality of life.

Warehouse Worker
Johnny Matthews
Originally from West Memphis, Arkansas, Johnny brings passion and dedication to St. Louis HELP, mixing a great work ethic with a beautiful song as he helps people in need at the STLHELP warehouse in St. Louis.

Site Manager, Jefferson County
Richard Inman
Richard is excited to take on the task of bringing access to STLHELP's services to Jefferson County residents. This native of Troy, Illinois enjoyed working as an Army Recruiter in Jefferson County, that when he left the Service he moved to Festus. He brings a wide range skills along with an interest in seeing the medically underserved's needs better met.

Kim Nguyen
Kim is a graduate of St. Louis University. She enjoys documenting St. Louis HELP's impact, who we serve, helping us do an even better job meeting community needs.
